www.robertmarzullo.com - This is a character I just made up while drawing a youtube video to show how I shade my art. I am calling this guy Streamer. He can travel any electrical line or circuit that conducts energy. He can also harness it and its abilities. Since he can atomize and travel through the energy connections it makes him pretty hard to stop.
